Fix or replacement device
If there is a problem with your power station, we will fix it!
We will send you a replacement device in our ServiceLoopBox.
You send us your device in the ServiceLoopBox.
We will repair the problem and give you the full manufacturer's warranty on the repair!
You will receive the ServiceLoopBox again with your repaired device.
Then you pack the replacement device in the ServiceLoopBox and send it back to us.

Repair & Refurbishment
Modules repaired, housing/batteries with manufacturer's warranty.
We produce all our power stations in our own factory in Böblingen using components from Germany and many parts from the region.
We developed it here on-site anyway, so no problem you may have will pose an insurmountable challenge for us: We repair everything for you and can always offer you a manufacturer's warranty on the repairs in good conscience.
Others call this a premium repair service or even a refurbishment. We simply call it a 100% service promise—and there's no other Powerstation like it worldwide.
